Our personnel organized the event, which included participation from 45 different employers. The SEU promoted the event both on-the-air and on station websites. Employee participants included the stations sales staff, general sales managers, and the market manager/vice president, who were on hand to answer questions regarding career opportunities in broadcasting.

3Management level training regarding equal employment opportunity and preventing discriminationOn April 4, 2008, station management, including our Market Manager/Vice President, Business Manager, and Sales Managers, participated in a telephonic training session on the FCC’s EEO rules as presented by outside communications counsel for Cumulus.
